Resolved
As of 3:15 a.m. PT on July 28th, we resolved all issues associated with access to Upscribe and our systems are 100% online. During the incident, our alerts detected anomalies related to AWS. We are conducting a review to identify the root cause in partnership with AWS. Thank you for your patience.
